ON FORM 2022
From June 12 to July 10, 2022.
This year I am taking part in one of my favourite collective shows. On Form is the only exhibition in the UK dedicated exclusively to stone sculpture. 35 sculptors have been selected and we will be exhibiting around 315 pieces between us. The collection of contemporary art is set in the beautiful house and grounds of Asthall Manor, Oxfordshire, and visitors are encouraged to touch the sculptures.
I am delighted to show my new pieces at On Form together with artists that I deeply admire, both personally and professionally. The camaraderie between us while installing the pieces is uplifting. Nobody is left behind with the hard work and everything is carried in harmony. Rosie Pearson, founder, and Anna Greenacre, co-curator, make this atmosphere possible thanks to their sensibility, generosity and dedication.
My new collection is about the concept of Chrysalis. It attracts me because it is associated with my own personal experience, with the internal transformation in which I find myself at the moment. Through the forms of chrysalises in stone I want to represent those internal spaces in which everything is possible, the refuge of something changing and beautiful that wants to emerge.
